Return and Exchange Policy

To Place a Refund/Exchange Request:
Click on 'My Account" in the tab bar and login.

  • Click on “Orders”.

  • Click on “View”.

  • In case you want to refund one item from the invoice, click on “Ask for a refund” button, below the item.

  • In case you want to refund the entire order, click on “Refund my entire order”.

Local Refund Policy:

  • Our courier will pick up the item within 2-3 working days. Items returned must be in good condition with the original packaging.

  • We do not return a refunded item that is damaged, worn, washed or altered in any way.

  • It will take 5 – 7 working days for the refund to be transferred to your bank account.

  • Incase of return, 1.5 KD shall be deducted as delivery charges.

  • Incase of exchange, Delivery will be charged ( 1.5 KD ).

International Refund Policy:

  • After the Sano Team approves your refund request, buyers must return the perfume items to the same address listed on the waybill.

  • Buyers may return the perfumes through any shipping company of their choice, at their own cost.

  • Sano is not responsible for the return shipping fees. Customers are fully responsible for all charges required to send the item back.

  • Returned perfume items must be received by the Sano Team within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • A full refund will be issued minus courier and handling fees.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Kindly do not return any perfume items without submitting a refund/exchange request through the website.

  • Once the returned perfume is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and transferred to your bank account.

Terms and Conditions

  • In-stock perfume items are delivered within 5 days inside Kuwait (may take longer during sale periods).

  • International in-stock deliveries take up to 10 days (may take longer during sale periods).

  • Advance payment / Pre-Order may be available for selected perfume items.

  • Pre-order perfumes require 12–20 working days to be prepared and delivered (may take longer during sale periods).

  • Incorrect shipments will be replaced at no extra cost.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Perfume items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • No refunds or exchanges on customized / on-demand perfume orders.

  • No refunds on special / evening perfume collections.

  • Returned items sent without an official return request will not be accepted.
