Delivery & Returns Information

Delivery within Kuwait:
In-stock items are usually delivered within 5 days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods.

International Delivery:
For international orders, in-stock items are typically delivered within 10 days. Delivery may take a bit longer during sale periods.

Pre-Orders

Some items may be available for pre-order.
You can make an advance payment to secure your item in priority once it’s ready for delivery.

Pre-order items usually take 12 to 20 working days to be prepared and shipped. Delivery time may vary slightly during sale periods.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be in good condition, unused, and have all original tags attached.

• Items must be undamaged, unworn, and free from makeup marks.

• Returns must be sent after submitting a proper return request.
  (We cannot accept returns sent back without prior approval.)

Non-Returnable Items

• • Custom or on-demand orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Evening dresses are non-refundable.
